About

Breastfeeding Central was created by Beverley Rae, MSW, IBCLC, a lactation consultant based in New York. With an impressive track record of helping countless mothers successfully breastfeed, Beverley's three decades of experience began with nursing her own five children. She also served as a former president of the International Lactation Consultant Association. Beverley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and a Master's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Her private practice, Breastfeeding Resources, is located in Manhasset, NY.
